And so does broken bones. My son broke his hand during BJJ training while rolling, and of course it was the right hand, he’s right handed. He’s a purple belt and so is his wife & my husband.

Edit to add ... son broke his hand years ago, not recently.

I tore my PCL rolling. Grappling sports are tough, but BJJ, wrestling, judo are great for kids and adults alike.
