The seventh rule of meme warfare is that a meme is only fully birthed when it has been adopted and re-released to the wild by someone other than the creator.
The eighth rule of meme warfare is that you cannot steal something that is created, generated or shared in order to be given away. It is adopted, birthed or retrieved for storage in one's arsenal, but never stolen. (Unless you present it as if YOU made it, then, well, you've stole the creator's name.)
