Apologies people....I've tried to upload the video to BitChute but its "Too small".... Ill try to explain what happens....He has a 6 inch "Wardenclyffe tower" that he made....Its in front of him on his desk...He then takes a sealed energy saver lightbulb(Still wrapped) and puts it next to it and Guess what...It Illuminates without touching...he moves it closer and further and it dims and gets brighter as and how it moves.... That's it....Sorry I didn't realise the TG group was Pvt...
