Yeah totally. I always loved Washington, I used to live in Oregon but moved asap when Antifa promptly took over and I had to get my kid out of the cesspool. We are now in Utah and its... well its okay down here way better than Oregon right now. We miss the weather of the Pac NW and the trees. Im thinking we will wait to buy until we see the market crash and for now we rent. We only just paid off all our debt right as COVID hit (thank you Jesus). And hey, thank you for your time and perspective on Spokane. I want to weasel into CDA if I can but its SO expensive lol! Congrats on your house gains btw!!
