My meaning was countries they would flee to that would have an extradition treaty with another country ( other than the US, since they would likely say it was political asylum from the US and therefore they wouldn't extradite them back to us after fleeing )

Also, there are plenty of countries which may not appear to have these amenities to us, but where the rich live quite lavishly.

Back in 2017 when Obama went on a long vacation tour we would sometimes speculate about his stops. One of the first was Tahiti, and they do have a rule about not extraditing for political reasons. Pretty nice place, and look who has been in charge of France since then. There were a couple of others. By amenities I was thinking that islands get to be a little confining. Soon you know everyone and all the amusements. Money can't buy a change of scenery.
