I can't help but notice that these episodes of unrest are occurring in "centers of Cabal corruption" such as Kazakhstan and Ukraine. Could this be the good guys disrupting that power structure?

I was hoping for that with Kazakhstan but the jury is still out. Ukraine was just a swap from corruption geared towards Russia to corruption geared towards the West

Or at the very least to take back ethnically Russian areas unless that is a distraction and they really just want to make sure Ukraine cannot be taken advantage of to stage missiles, troops, etc for a NATO invasion
