To cover up scandal and corruption by using taxpayer dollars to stage fake insurrections in an attempt to intimidate silence and imprison taxpayers. Then use even more of that taxpayer money to create fake committees, perform fake investigations and hold fake hearings all centered around said fake insurrections in an attempt to keep taxpayers subdued and uninformed.
