If a secret American bio-Lab fell into the wrong hands, would the media tell us this? Would the Kazakh authorities want this to be known?
I think both answers are plausibly -- 'NO'.

So in other words, the bad guys got the bio weapons. Thats what I make of this article and the Russian news reports.
The protests are organized by China, backed by the UN. It's a typical "color revolution" aimed at spreading degeneracy, "democracy" and turning the country into a Chinese puppet.
Russia and Belarus are trying to prevent these protests because their leaders are on the good team. Remember when Lukashenko called out the World Bank for offering money if he installs draconic restrictions?
