It doesn't matter. Fauci, as a Federal employee (as all Congress members and staff are) are exempt from penalties for lying to Congress.

I'm referring to possible perjury charges. He should be up on charges far worse than that. I don't know what laws cover "crimes against humanity", but that should be a start.
