I dont know what to tell ya. Maybe those reports were wrong. It doesnt make a lot of sense to me that a regime looking to decouple from the West would be playing along with the Covid charade any longer. Maybe the vax they want everyone to get is the Sputnik one and that's why Russia is cool with it
