Meanwhile, as per Karl Marx, socialism is the transitionary stage to communism. In a socialist country, the state owns the means of production or, at the very least, cOnTrOLs it. The reason why it doesn't work has nothing to do with the idea itself technically just like how there's nothing wrong with just abolishing law and making ppI hug each other. The issue is in the viability of actually having authoritarians giving up, well, authority.
So, in other words, the problem comes with us people. Now, to the random socialist/commie who happens to read this saying well that there isn't an issue with socialism/communism then. Umm, given that the idea is predicated around ppI governing ppI, it very much is an issue. It's just like how saying, well, give everybody everything they could ever want when there isn't enough to go around in the first place.
Classless society? The major means of production owned by the public?
How could you disagree with such a great idea?
What happened to Britannica? They used to be cool, man.
