On January 10, Colonel of the National Security Service of Kazakhstan Azamat Ibrayev was found dead in the backyard of his house in the capital, Nur-Sultan. According to local sources, he apparently jumped out of the window. A pre-trial investigation is underway.
I suspect foul play. Reports in Moscow Times article on location of where he died. Another found dead of heart attack.

Baza, a Telegram channel believed to have links to Russia’s security services, claimed that Ibrayev fell from a high-rise building.
Interfax later cited Kazakhstan’s interior ministry as confirming that the head of a police district in Kazakhstan’s largest city of Almaty, Tanat Nazanov, died from a heart attack.

The one that died of heart attack maybe not connected. Could've been from taking the shots or poor health.
