Totally right! Most side effects and deaths are from less than 10% of the total. It's like sighting in your rifle. Take a shot and it's way off to the left, adjust, take another shot hit the outer part of the target, adjust, take a shot bulls eye! Dead center. Lock it in. and start shooting.
