I would think that since the media is not talking about this it's not a DS plan so it's being run by the white hats. Since the white house was effectively the source of evil in this country for decades, the projects likely have to do with modifying and cleaning all the "stuff" that was left over from the previous "tenants." I'd be willing to bet that the white house will either by destroyed or turned into a museum as will most of the other .gov buildings in DC. This will serve as a reminder to not let this crap happen again.
