I think linking them together. I've seen decoders examine the letters inside [ ] to mean or point to something. I find the syntax interesting and my guess common to military intelligence?? Not just the [ ] but other things like ALL CAPS or underscores between words like DOJ_FBI_MSDNC or BOOMS EN_ROUTE. Or They can no longer hide in the shadows [big tech, big media, [D] party being exposed for all to see] Or CORONA_OFFLINE_Deac[0000].
