I dont think that they can argue my belief that this is the beast system of the Bible. Cant buy, sell work without it. I mention that this is my sincere belief and i wont submit my soul to satan by acceptiing his mark. I included my certificate that im a legal minister as well. I also included a definition of mandate on a seperate page.

GL. My work had a form to fill out with questions. One was to state your belief. I kept it brief, maybe 2 sentences. Alluded to scripture, did not quote actual scripture but was prepared to if questioned further. I found some of The Healthy American/Peggy Hall videos empowering and informative along with these types of threads.
My work has a vague form too, but I'm submitting my letter along with it. My letter is very powerful in my opinion
