Well I would not characterize a story about a 22 yo girl who never developed beyond 8 yo body as pedo normalization because I don't think a child's diminutive size is what attracts pedos to children. I think its the child innocents, and how they can be manipulated easily. Pedo is more about control, than it is about the act of sex (sick bastards), right.
She's missing teeth... makes me think it's actually an 8 year old actor. Her teeth don't seem to be in bad shape so why is there (at least) one missing?
Additional thought: Someone that looks like an 8 year old acting in an adult manner is being pushed into the public conciousness. Pedos will put a picture of their 8 year old victim next to a picture of this girl and say "whats the difference" and all the "experts" will be saying that this raises very important questions, blah blah blah. A step towards normalization.
