Can they stop and search you without probable cause?

I think it has become clear that where Democrats control the justice system, they can do whatever the f*** they want, any time they want.

So I'm guessing that the mayor has lists of the last remaining patriots who reside in Washington DC, and will be harassing them until they leave.
