Well, it's not much better than it was 5 years ago, unfortunately. You can tell by all the blue tarp from Ida. This is I-10 entering Kenner.

I left Louisiana 6years ago. Born in New Orleans, raised in Chalmette, the Katrina happened, now my family lives in Kenner and the North shore. Mitch screwed NO and Cantrell has taken it to the next level.
