Maybe I am losing my faith in other people. At this point if you can't see it how can I trust you?

Retracted articles aren't deleted from the database, so I don't think this is it. Even if that were the case, surely there would be at least one mention of it somewhere online, right? I'm not convinced that this paper exists at all.
