I think Peter McCullough mentioned in the JRE podcast that it shouldn't because vaccines are a preventative and Ivermectin and HCQ are treatments. Therefore they technically shouldn't overlap. I may have misinterpreted his statement.
Ivermectin works as a preventative.
Per DARPA, it works throughout the entirety of the infection.
the OP and other commenters in this thread don't seem to grasp the difference between a "preventative" (something that lessens or entirely prevents the effect of a future infection) and a "treatment" (something you use to treat someone who's already ill).
By the looks of these comments it's pointless trying to explain, the mob will just downvote you.
