Yes, works fine. They ship in a container that has very general markings on it.

where from? I am skeptical of actually receiving what i'm buying. Seems prime for scamming the "covid deniers"

I genuinely don't remember, the packaging went in the garbage weeks ago. It was some LLC or fulfilment facility located in the US. One of the northern states. However, I can almost guarantee you they are just buying it from Indiamart and marking it up. I received 6mg tablets that were manufactured in India.
