It not only negates it, it shows that the EUA was entered into in bad faith, indicating a type of fraud. This is similar to the FISA warrant against Trump and associates, where the FBI knowingly committed fraud to obtain a warrant.

The problem however is a bit deeper. We are not dealing simply with an issue of conflicting opinions, where the evidence could go either way. We are dealing with an institutional crisis in American and global institutions. In the most general form, this is referred to as LAWLESSNESS. Those in power have decided to coordinate efforts to achieve a preordained outcome (i.e., global government as can only be achieved by destroying the US).

So, any understanding that a particular revelation as in the present case would result in a substantive change in favor of freedom is to miss the point almost entirely. We are no longer free. Unless Patriots (Donald Trump led military) pull this off, we are in for a very very long haul, with almost complete loss of rights. Not to be bleak, but rather objective and to the point.
