Can we get one with his request for aborted babies' heads? His department paid about $500.00 per head of taxpayer money.

Remember? He wanted them 'fresh, never frozen' to graft onto his mice to 'HUMANIZE THEM'.

I saw pictures of mice with human scalps sewn onto them. They were all white babies.
