I agree that makes sense to a logical person, or even a decent person. BUT (just for the sake of discussion) what if the people behind it are neither? Evil people don't care that they are waking up millions, because they know their plans and they believe that NCSWIC from THEM. Just saying. I agree with everything you are saying because it's logical and makes sense, I just don't know that evil cares about any of that.

The one thing about evil people/entities is that they love darkness and they love to operate in the shadows/secret. Having everything exposed is the last thing they want even if they are crazier than a shit house rat.
