I'm about 2 minutes into reading this, and this is the biggest joke of science I've ever read. Here's a quote from the PDF:
What if you could very easily add that oxygen to water and consume
it directly? Well, Mother Nature beat you to it. Did you
know that hydrogen peroxide is simply oxygenated
water?
The notion that you can tack on an extra oxygen atom to water and call it oxygenated water is at best disingenuous and at worse just atrociously bad levels of an understanding of fundamental chemistry. It's an entirely separate compound from water, and is toxic to most of our cells. You can't just straight up drink significant quantities of it like you can with water. Oxygenated water is absolutely a thing, and it's called water with actual air in it - not a completely different chemical compound.
All of this, right after the author instructs the reader through two pointless, "experiments" related to breathing - failing to mention whatsoever the importance that carbon dioxide plays into the related actions of breathing. For example, it's entirely possible to have oxygen in your body, but it can be unusable without sufficient carbon dioxide present and accessible as well.
He continues:
Low grade pharmacy/grocery store hydrogen peroxide is well-known to most people. When we apply it externally to an open wound, hydrogen peroxide produces a bubbling sensation, which is just the extra oxygen being released.
That's a joke. This entire thing reads straight like a scam, and the web design plus the fact that they sell hydrogen peroxide would encourage that. Applying hydrogen peroxide to open wounds tremendously slows the healing process, as it kills, slows, and destroys your bodies' attempt to seal and heal the wound. An oxidizer mixing with blood would obviously result in this outcome to anyone who knows the first thing about chemistry...
I don't claim to be a chemist, and I don't claim to say that hydrogen peroxide is or isn't useful in any number of applications - I'm just saying that as a source this is pathetic.
You don’t want to apply it to wounds but to cuts is okay, as long as it’s just right away. Your body uses hydrogen peroxide to kill pathogens, cancer cells, but this causes the free radical damage we need NAC for. Or NAC helps create more glutathione we need to wipe up that extra oxygen. Our cells create hydrogen peroxide, a lot of it and yes it’s going to be toxic to our own cells. Mostly I use hydrogen peroxide as a mouth wash but diluted. It will kill any pathogen. We make our own hydrogen peroxide so when we drink it it just kills stuff in the gut. But, this can kill off unhealthy microbiota but will kill anything in the gut including healthy biota. However it could possibly help reset a healthy microbiome if done sparingly.

Actual Chemist, you are correct.
I've had more than one run in with miracle mineral solution morons around here. This is the first I've heard about h2o2. Amazing.
Have you seen this video from Andreas Kalcker? CDS is being used in Bolivia to cure Covid:

Deep or puncture wounds you mean? Cuts are also wounds.
But yes it’s gonna kill cancer cells. It kills anything living. Our own cells, pathogens, cancer cells. You get it.
