True! Growing up in the 70s we always watched TV. Heck we even had TV lap trays. SMH! At least we only had three channels and it went off air at midnight.
I’ll admit I put my daughter’s play pen in front of the TV. I hope I’m smarter now. In some circles new parents are wising up. My child doesn’t have a child yet, but follows many who do. She’s told me these parents limit TV, don’t allow tablets or toys that make loud noises with flashing lights. Sounds like some people are realizing they do damage to kids.
I know some kids since they were four had their own iPads to watch movies and play games. It’s very sad 😞 these kids are being raised by technology gadgets!
I’m starting to watch less TV shows and more educational documentaries on TV.
