I'm not sure if you've watched Devolution pt. 13 at all?

Reason I ask is it maps out the organizational infrastructure of Trumps cabinet during the continuation of government phase.

McCarthy's tone, the content of his speech and the fact that he points out the difference between the photos of the inauguration (insinuation of fake) were peculiar at the time, even more so now.

Its like he's mocking them to their face.
