X22 opened my eyes to this theory when he lightly touched on it. But maybe we have been thinking about this all wrong. Military is the only way because that will be the only option. If Fauci is arrested for starting this outbreak and then is linked to Gates, Clinton and Biden. Then the Military would have to take over due to the sitting president overthrowing the government to take his place using the virus to provide a reason for the mail in ballots and election fraud. Once the crimes against humanity unfold and is traced a to the Democratic Elites the military would have to take over and correct everything. Once they take over they correct the voter laws and we watch the military tribunals at the new Gitmo facility. This is the most believe theory I can see being plausible where we actually see some justice!
