If anyone has successfully dealt with this, please share. I have seen the AFL doctors protocol. Something strange is going on. My whole family had COVID last August. All of a sudden my husband and I have had 3 episodes in the last two months, at the same time, where we both get insane chills, fever, cough, horrendous headache and body aches, fatigue. This also includes episodes of trouble sleeping and breathing. This kicks in at night for him and morning for me. Exactly the same every time. We both take ivermectin and usually are perfectly fine by that evening. Regularly take vitamin D. Even actual covid wasn't this bad for me.
This is the weirdest thing and feels like Covid is sitting latent in the body and resurfacing. Doesn't make sense why we both always get these episodes at the same time.
Please share any suggestions people may have to help beat this.
90-100 is not a good resting heart rate.
It's not but if you take Tylenol you'll be able to keep your fever and heart rate under control, hence mitigating any real affects of the virus. Again to my point of it being just a flu. They fear porned over not using basic remedies, but the Tylenol definitely helped keep it under control. Again rest, and keeping symptoms in check will keep you from dying. Also I had some ivermectum, and it really knocked out the virus for me. Idk what to do if you have trouble breathing but early preventative work and are effective.
