Or, [they] (not Thomas) can rule against it to help keep the "military is the only way" option off the table while [they] continue [their] depop plans. This seems like a more viable option to me than just ruling in favor. I know Q says [they]'re stupid, but [they]'re not that stupid. [their] stupidity lies in [their] lack of creativity and lack of common sense, not actual "book smarts."
