I found this interesting because this is consistent with the arguments made by a group in NZ, who say that by all means test the air quality, and use non-invasive saliva tests, at the company's expense. But demanding vaccination status is a non-no. They invoke the anti-slavery rule of Section 83 (section 84 in Aus) of the Health and Safety Act 2015.
