No. It’s not a DATE, it a CHAPTER in the LAW OF WAR MANUAL. 11.3 is…….

END OF OCCUPATION AND DURATION OF GC OBLIGATIONS. That date is 1 year exactly from the day Congress ILLEGALLY placed Biden in as President. They cannot act even a minute before that time.
