We shouldn't be too surprised at the medical worker ruling because there are already other medical worker vax requirements in place already, and these supreme court justices were not ruling on the merits of the vaccine itself.
I’ve been reading all evening and I’m a little brain fried but I feel like there’s something brewing with the CMS ruling. Their ruling was based on the lies that are being reported everyday now. If it’s to protect the patients, why are covid positive vaxed employees able to still work? It’s now being reported they can get and give the coof. They didn’t consider alternative treatments bc there were none known! Now they’re investigating ivermectin.
I want to look into when the Pfizer papers are to be released and how it would coincide with the appeals hearing. That would be a strategic play for the challengers. Anyway, brains fizzled out but trying to look at it from 40,000 ft. How would this fit into the movie? How do we wake up more and show what our medical institution has become? I don’t think this is the end of it.
Let me guess: you aren't in the health care industry? It doesn't affect you negatively, so it's a win? I work in a manufacturing setting. We manufacture prosthetic and orthopedic devices. This company also has several patient care offices around the area to fit patients for our products. These offices accept Medicare and medicaid as payment. We have just over 100 employees. I may be looking for a new job soon, depending on how the company decides to handle this.
How many people did the general mandate impact, 80-100 million? How many people does the healthcare mandate impact, 20 million? Maybe even less because you can establish a private medical practice outside the reach of the federal government.
Upholding the healthcare mandate is disgusting, but this outcome is hardly a loss. At worst it's a draw that has established a strong precedent. However, I think pressure needs to be mounted to help our healthcare bros. Perhaps if you get to keep your employment or make out with some juicy lawsuit bennies consider foregoing traditional insurance and spend your money at independent, cash only, healthcare providers.
I agree with this.

First they came for the health care workers, but I was not a health care worker....
