Hm. I don't mind short sleeves and even prefer it. When you have thick and or toned arms, shorter sleeves make them look more appealing.

Pant lengths can be an issue though, I imagine if you're tall you don't want this weird half way point of like.. Shorts that fall between knee and shin.
