That's ok, a lot of people can not think outside what was programmed into them via, schools, churches, media etc. If I lost you at chakra, is it because it conflicts with your religious beliefs? I once considered this hidden spiritual energy system to be gobbly gook, then I learned to expand my thinking, set aside the things I am told to think and learned about how others view existence. If you are Christian like me, perhaps open your awareness for a second and notice all the references to chakars in Christian doctrine as well as in the painting and depictions.

For instance, in portraits of Jesus (Mary and others), the HEART is always prominent and depicted as glowing. To me it is showing that their heart chakras are balanced and full of light and love. Now look at the halo of Jesus and saints , to me this is depicting full alignment with their light/spiritual energy, their crown or Christ chakra is fully attuned and it is glowing.

Many of the parables of Jesus can be interpreted to imply that man needs to heal his heart and soul and align his energies with Christ(God), even if he has missed the mark (sinned) in the past.
