Could it be 10-10 or 10-2 like the law of war 11-3 and 11-4? Anything interesting in those sections?

10.10 - Segregation of Internees

Seems to be talking about the obligations of dealing with non-military civvies in regards to GPW (Geneva Convention Relative to the Treatment of Prisoners of War).
