Look further into his wording.
From reading it one would assume he means 17 times more likely than someone who is fully vaccinated.
This is not true.
What it really means is. Some who test positive is 17 times more likely to visit the hospital than someone who tests negative.
This is the typical manipulation this whole hoax has been built on.
