Indeed. Interject with, "But even if you were/ weren't..."

I had not thought of that.

The other theory is that this is about Australian mining company Rio Tinto's imminent ejection from Serbia. Novak publicly voiced his support for the protests against them (people blocked highways).

The post about Marina is indefensible; but it's from 2016 and I'm not sure what Novak's wife could have known at the time: https://twitter.com/jelenadjokovic/status/791351145792999425

Novak is openly Serbian Orthodox Christian and has every reason to despise the Clintons, who bombed Serbia with impunity in 1999.

It doesn't add up.

Novak may be privileged—some would say, he's earned it—but he has nonetheless done the common man a huge favor.

Take note of the people in your life who support the Aussie government's decision.

This is a rare and valuable opportunity to allow them to show themselves.

When they see a free man, they do not ask why they are in chains; rather, "Why isn't he in chains like me?"

They do not recognize the individual's most basic rights.

For them, only the collective is sacred.

Take note of these people. Remember them.

Even if you are currently compliant, you need to know who they are.

For if you were to fall out of compliance, they would put you, too, on the train.

The wizards and warlocks (inside term) will not allow another Satanic Evil POS control our country. Realize Soros, Clintons, Obama, Putin, etc. are all controlled by 3 families (the 4th was removed post Trump's victory).

11.3 - Podesta indicted 11.6 - Huma indicted

Manafort was placed into Trump's camp (as well as others). The corruption that will come out is so serious that deals must be cut for people to walk away otherwise 70% of elected politicians would be in jail (you are seeing it already begin). A deep cleaning is occurring and the prevention and defense of pure evil is occurring on a daily basis. They never thought they were going to lose control of the Presidency (not just D's) and thought they had control since making past mistakes (JFK, Reagan).

Good speed, Patriots. PS, Soros is targeted.

The court just took a lunch break. Until that point, the figure watching approached 90,000—not far short of the number watching the Arizona rally on RSBN/ YouTube.

Interesting point.

I'd also want to know more about how they were treating people in the early days. My understanding is that automatic remdesivir + ventilator was wrong.

Either way, a very low number of people, overall, to be locking up the country and destroying the economy for.

Even in highly vaxxed Australia, Novak is winning the newspaper polls.

Should Novak Djokovic be allowed to stay and play in the Australian Open?

60% Yes (of 69,114 votes)

Title of the article? "Djokovic case shows Morrison government has lost all perspective."

2
srb4trp 2 points ago +2 / -0

Addendum: FWIW, "conspiracy theorists" in Serbia maintain that this is also related to Djokovic's recent public stance against Rio Tinto, a part-Australian company which wants to dig up the Serbian countryside in search of lithium. Recent protests have made Rio Tinto's position increasingly difficult.

Clearly, he doesn't want the vax.

It's fairly easy to buy a vax pass in Serbia, so I'd say he deserves credit for running this risk.

They gave him a visa, then cancelled it upon his arrival—with no new information. They took his phone (and his ability to contact his lawyers). They confiscated all his possessions, including his wallet. He refused to sign the visa cancellation order, and was detained for three days.

I would submit that this isn't about the rich and famous getting their way. Rather, if they can do this to the world's #1 tennis player, what can they do to you?

There's also a point to be made about whether such treatment would ever be meted out to, say, Roger Federer.

My guess is that someone at the federal level wanted to appear tough to justify the hardship the Australian government has put its people through. They picked Djokovic because he has been fairly adamant about not revealing his vax status. They didn't count on Balkan stubbornness. It bears remembering that Serbia stood up to the entire military might of NATO for almost three months. Djokovic spent those three months training in empty swimming pools. He once said the radiation from the depleted uranium in the bombs might have impacted him positively.

Djokovic claimed an exemption and apparently provided the evidence, issued to him by medical experts from Tennis Australia.

"What more could this man have done?" asks the judge.

What you're seeing at the hearing is Nick Wood SC and Paul Holdenson QC for Novak Djokovic, and Christopher Tran for Home Affairs Minister Karen Andrews (& the Comonwealth).

As I understand it, Novak's lawyers are currently claiming that a passenger is required only to make a declaration—vaxxed, unvaxxed, or unvaxxed with exemption—but is not required to provide evidence of this.

Novak made the declaration. He even provided evidence, although he was not required to under law.

If true, this would further support the idea that mandates, suggestions, recommendations, etc. are not laws.

Saw it the other night. Was mildly surprised to see that Whoopi Goldberg part narrated it. Agreed with OP—worth watching.

Love Oliver Stone. The original "JFK" was a massive red pill.
