I well remember the 'discovery' of the maritime admiralty jurisdiction bread baking... Im just not sure it is ever applied or recognized anymore.

Interesting, for sure, but I dont think we can count on flag fringe to be our clarion call for anything. Hell its probably a volunteer intern who manages the flags on the stages, and probably folds them like a freekin blanket.
