I take cod liver oil but can’t post studies at the moment.

Omega three fatty acids were studied to reduce autoantibodies.

If you take 3000 mg of fish oil daily AND cut out bad fats, eat only healthy fats, you will decrease inflammation (overactive immune system) by 2/3.

That’s a hell of a lot!

Every autoimmune condition shows improvement with fish oil or omega three.

Will explain why later.
