AIDS. Fauci killed millions with HIV and now many more millions will die from AIDS caused by the vaccine.

There is some question about whether millions really died because of HIV or they died because Fauci forced them to inject toxins like AZT as "treatment" much like he is now doing with Remdesivir and Gene therapy
