Quercetin, zinc, D3 and (harder to find nowbbut still findable) NAC has kept me healthy now for 2 years. NAC is because it helps to create glutohione which helped to prevent oxidative stress in the lungs as described in this paper: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32463221/
