I remember someone posting a homemade recipe a while back. The only ingredient I remember was seltzer water.

Also doubt its HCQ or whatever, most likely its Hesperidine which is dervied from citrus peels and vit C. Hesperidine was identified from docking studies to be able to compete with covid spike for Ace 2 receptor sites.
