I have some dried milk in my stash too. It's usually on the baking aisle if you want some. I hope you don't get slammed with a foot of snow and absolutely no sleet! I actually get the Fairlife milk not because we're lactose intolerant but because of the long keeps until date and it's a lot lower in carbs. It costs more but it keeps for weeks.
We do all our heating with a pellet stove and a woodstove. We have lots of pellets and wood. The woodstove can heat the house by itself if the power goes out. Luckily, they're only calling for an inch tomorrow here.

I have dried milk, also canned evaporated milk, which can be diluted to make whole milk. It costs a bit, but lasts a long time.
Yeah, I have plenty of that too. I also bought a big dehydrator last summer and dried all kind of fruits and vegetables.
