So basically, he writes a paper about lifting the 'pause' on gain-of-function and then the next day does a speech/presentation predicting a new 'pandemic'

I don't think he was part of the group that wrote the policy but he certainly knew about it and probably had connections to those that did. I just finished the 15th Devolution segment by Patel Patriot. He really put together a LOT of puzzle pieces and revealed a lot of hidden pieces too. I feel like I can see the landscape better now and I think this shitshow is all going to benefit us.
