Makes sense, people took and EUA thing. Emergency use Auth for an experimental vaccine.

The rub is, they were all told it was a vaccine, approved, heck even mandated. If this were a car crash. The insurer pays out; then sues the vaccine company for damages.

That is exactly how it should play out.
