That's for Damn sure! Read the bucket. Smooth with wet sponge... Years I've sanded......
I wouldn't dare sand drywall mud with a wet sponge. The entire purpose is to get the mud to dry / cure. Using a wet sponge just makes the mud wet again, and you run a high risk of that wet sponge pulling the mud away, making for more touch ups.
I'm just saying read the bucket.
