I just called Carhartt and spoke to a rep... who clearly was from India and was nearly impossible to understand.. i have no idea what she was saying... which is a horseshit way to communicate with customers in the USA. I told her that we customers speak with our dollars and that if they do push that... we'll find other companies to support. if anyone else can call and get an agent that speaks English, please report back to us.... we don't want to punish a company that does not deserve it....
