Sure, a hallway, but each room's door lines up perfectly with the windows? And all those doors are open? And the camera operator finds the exact spot where all of those lines of sight converge?
If you look closely, the lights are appearing over the curtains at some points. As others have said, it's a street sweeper or something reflecting off the glass.
